I can tell you that even in the service industry where attractive female employees are supposed to bring value to the business the negatives outweight the positives. bartended at a very hip and busy restaurant for a couple of years in a major city and the girls fucking sucked. lazy, incompetent, bring their emotional baggage to work, get moody when it's a tough night and make the shift worse for everyone around them. they take off tons of time and always beg to get cut first. their service is terrible and the customers genuinely have a worse experience because of them. of course they get away with all of this while hardworking highly compentent men get fired for insignifant transgressions because the owners want their pretty girls around for the image and because they think they might get to fuck one of them. these shitty parasitic thots are a major contributing factor in the service industry jobs being such a drain despite good money and flexible hours (good luck on that part when they take all the shifts off they can and never cover for anyone)
