Based on research, Lition has the highest chance of being successful enough to actually generate enough staking rewards to cover living costs. i think you're guaranteed to get at least 20% APR with the genesis phase though so pretty high returns. you also have to choose how long you're going to lock it up for. i'm doing it for a year since it has the highest multiplier (1.8x). you can also do 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months as well.
