Come study in a Western european country. There are good universities and they're not expensive. Combined with a student job in the evenings and weekends you should be able to pay for it without getting in debt, if you live cheap that is.

I don't know if you can enroll a freshman straight away. Maybe you should first get a quick and easy degree in your own country, you can already study a year in Western Europe through the Erasmus program. Once graduated you can enroll in a master's degree program in a western university.

first you need to decide at which countey you want to go study and see what you need to get there. Many countries just ask for an IB others will take you just for the fee and all you need is an english certification. Easiest route is going in Bongland

A western degree and its benefits are your reward for allowing yourself to be brainwashed. Only the top universities give as real education and only for a select few who get to join the elite. Everyone else is trained to conform. You will only be allowed to get one if you become institutionalised, this is non-negotiable and even those who think they can outsmart the system will not do so. You will become very good at paperwork and docile and lumbered with massive debt in most cases unless they see you as a threat or wish to elevate you for other reasons. Like you are ethnic and can be used as an example to lure more in and to oppose the native majority in which case they give you a scholarship. You will become part of the system regardless.
