Carpentry is my hobby. My next major purchase is going to be the lot behind my house where my shed building studio will be housed. I may also have it function as a garage. I was contemplating building a studio apartment atop it but I bought a home far from the city for a reason so I'm on the fence about having passive income behind me. Your best best at a 10x over the next three years is bitcoin.
