This has literally been happening for the 40+ years

What's even funnier is the boomer politicians teamed up with the University lobby to fool you into taking on 6-figure student loan debt to remain "competitive" in the job market, when in fact they just import cheap STEM labor from China and India lmao

it's high-risk, high-reward. europe is low-risk, low-incentives. it's a matter of preference, really. also

The fact that the governments first instinct was to turn on the money printer to save overleveraged corporations that then turned around and cut jobs anyway is a joke.

Health benefits should never have been tied to your job anyway

Usury in high finance is sucking every single drop of blood out of us. It’s really hit me these last few weeks being employed to do fuck all at home at how much of a sham the economy is. I have 0 pride in my work anymore.

apparently it was supposed to be used as an incentive to attract workers. then it become a motivation to get a job. then it turned into your employer having power of you and your life. and now it's disappearing completely. we're going to see a workforce of part-time employees dependent on the gov for healthcare
