No the pilot program is until early August, at a projected rate of about 38% APR, so about 0.1% (compounding?) interest per day.
During Bitmax's promotion *on behalf of STAKE-xDAI* you can stake any amount. So yes, at 150, you can stake.
I think after August though, you'll need 1000+.
Not sure about pools etc that will likely emerge.
