Help me Ghosties! I got ESH on my Metamask. I tried query on IDEX but for some reason it won't deposit funds into the IDEX account. The deposit is still pending. I got eth in my account but i can't transfer the full 200 ESH amount. What do i do???

Do "Unlock Wallet", click "Private Key" and enter the one for your Metamask that you saved. Much easier.

Try logging out and back in again. This can sometimes make pending deposits show up as finally confirmed. Idex can be a real pain.

make sure you have some spare ETH in your metamask wallet, then pump the shit out of the gas. do at least 20 gwei.
also, be prepared to wait. initially it said the deposit would take minutes, but it took hours. (i used mcafeedex, not idex)
