But at the same time buy into all Binance Pump and Dumps and "muh next gen korea ICO blockchain" stuff?

and get super agitated when someone just debunks all their arguments? Why is no one looking into the BNB recycling and pumps?

because HEX is highly disruptive to crypto. detractors will scream and cry thats is a scam til it 10,000x's then when its top 3, they will consider buying in as a longterm hold.
same thing happened with eth, as you well know.

I have 500k hex, I'm also skeptical af.
It sounds to good to be true & has all the trimmings of a snake oil scam.
It's too early to tell for sure though

That being said I rode it up a bit & will dump my initial principal investment + 20% & leave the rest to rot to just see wtf happens.

Well it's modeled as a scam. Even Richard admits this. Because the scams work. And he fucking hates the scams. The irony is that this is the least scammy project ever conceived. It's the most transparent crypto ever developed. You can see all of your fellow investors moves - when they bought, how much they bought, what they bought for, if they staked, how much they staked for, when their stake ends, if they ended stake early, who the whale's are and when they're moving, future total supply, future market supply, etc. And this list will keep going as people design more tools around the transparency.

If he told you he controlled it or told you what he did with it he would have issues with the SEC. The ETH has already been transfered over, and the code is complete - in that sense he already won, so there's no dump. It's now up to the investors as to how they play the game.

What other cryptos have created a hands on tool for the users with percentage gains paid out based on investment time, unstaking penalties being paid back to stakeholders, and visibility on every move so you can protect yourself, thereby creating a crypto that is a safer bet technically than any other?

Every other crypto has been modeled on the idea that it will create a useful feature that the common person will adopt. This has gone from possible, to unlikely, to absurd. HEX just treats crypto like the investment it is. It also taps into the insanely lucrative CD space. The scammy aesthetic of it is the ironic genius behind it, it's meant to appear that way because the scammy aesthetic works so well.

He will have issues wiht sec one way or another so he didnt winn shit yet but I msut say pretty based by him
Its not up to "investors to play fair game" if he washtrades eth on uni to prop up price and dump for more eth lol ever wondered why all eth went trough toradocash first???

Whole genius move is using uniswap to washtrade it because noone cant ban/delist you from uniswap

Richard has more BTC then he could ever cash out from any liquidity pool that could ever exist. The only thing that much BTC is good for for a guy like him is using it to create something. He's using it to prop this up so the common man can benefit from Bitcoin the way it was supposed to be when it started, not the absolute shitshow BTC is now with 1000 whales controlling everything and millions upon millions of BTC lost. He's a humanitarian. If you believe in his heart then you will make it. Dumb people will buy in. Smart people realize it's a scam. Super smart people realize it isn't a scam.

>> No.18860232

>>18859971
Based on the Howey test it's not a security (like all crypto's). He mentions this many times and demonstrates how he remains platonic to it thereby avoiding SEC intervention. The project is done - you mint your own HEX. Every move you make is of your own volition, none of it has to do with the founder. That's how it's not a Ponzi - there's no guaranteed returns or annual interests paid out. Everything is in your hands. Heart already has a massive bag of ETH, so he has less of a motive to make any financial moves.

You can use whatever phraseology you'd like. Semantics is important though, words have meaning that isn't as arbitrary as you seem to express. Also, BTC dumps 90% regularly and people are still not acknowledging the irony here. Bitcoin. Look at XRP's graph (or most of all crypto). Crypto is a speculative investment, that's all it ever has been. It's the casino stock. Could it change? Sure maybe I'll use "flavor of the day crypto" to pay my laundry in a few years. But until there is even the slightest movement in usability or adoption it's good to take a second look into what crypto has become and where it's headed.

It doesn't matter if he took it or not, the key issue is what happens to that money.

"a contract, transaction or scheme whereby a person invests his money in a common enterprise and is led to expect profits solely from the efforts of the promoter or a third party."

Pay attention to the word "solely" because it's important and Heart knows it. He planned for it. HEX doesn't promise anything. It is only *designed* to go up. There are tools and attributes that it has that helps the price go up, but the buck stops there. When you use HEX and the mechanisms behind it, you are separated from the promoter. It's entirely in your hands how much you decide to transform, sell, hold or stake. It's a speculative investment with the best speculative tools crypto has ever had. It's going to take a while for people to warm up to this idea however, because it entails forsaking the idea that speculating and investing in crypto was a practical store of wealth in the first place. Especially when ironically most coins are owned by the very few. But I think that over time, this will get harder to ignore.
