No mate, again, your stupidity is putting you at a disadvantage in life so allow me to spell it out for you:

I said your very existence is an error due to the fact you're too stupid, for example, to hold a conversation or understand the value of the pasta for new investors. I then suggested that your mom would have had more of a positive impact on society, and even herself, if she had just swallowed your father's cum instead of growing a tumor. I will go even further to suggest that if he (your father) had creamed on your mother's face instead it would have been better for everybody (because net neutral action is better then a net negative action).

You called me young, which, it's debatable whether that's even a negative thing. I personally wouldn't mind being younger.

What is the point of pre and post market if there is futures during the night?

Why the fuck is the market not open 24/7? For instance here in Germany, I can't trade on may day, my derivatives won't change in price eventho the underlying is changing because the US is trading. This is just complete bullshit. Has there even been a debate around this in the financial industry?

I'm being a tad hyperbolic with my use of monopolization but c'mon, look how they've just swung their might to create a streaming platform to take on Netflix in Prime Video. They said "fuck it" and became a huge player in grocery in Whole Foods. They *almost* became unstoppable in cloud before Microsoft cucked them out of the JEDI contract. Every divergence from selling books online they've made has turned to gold. Not to mention, Bezos bought the Washington Post just so he could have his own little propaganda outlet. As long as they have capital, what's to stop them from further infiltrating other new areas?

I'm not shilling for them, like I said I don't own any AMZN and I wouldn't mind if Bezos got trust-busted and lined up against a wall. I just don't see how they can be bearish in the long run after this virus 'eventually' is old news.

A solid year of fucking up, Biggest selling airplane is grounded UFN, shitty ass space rocket blow up, ect. They put out bonds 3-5%, offering $25,000,000,000 and that shit sell out in 6 hours. Now BA has 25B and can literally pay off their debts with the money those cucks just gave them. So it takes them 3 year to start making money, doesn't matter still got 27 years to pay it back and 20B left from those bonds.

I feel we are unironically seeing a bear market shape right now. Because option tools and education are available to many traders nowadays, they are able to hedge the market slowly and keep pressure on other sellers so that the market doesn’t suddenly crash to the bottom. When you execute a put you are buying shares which helps keep prices afloat. It is great for active traders but terrible for people who just go long and forget it. I would like to see another 7-8% contraction before I felt comfortable going all in with long picks.

What's the target point? I think something like roughly 15% of SPY's current value, which would put it within the 245-235 range. That would make sense, considering the first leg was 220 as the low. So that's being conservative, because some sources believe the second leg will go even further down. That remains to be seen, but if you intend to hold SPY for long anyways, then buying at 15% would still be a cheap buy.

Your patience will be rewarded. "Stuff" I've read said production could be back to normal by the fall. I'm also eager to see what another mild winter would do combined with the other shit that's happened. I guess a big fucking yo-yo in price and demand. You'll probably have exited by then, anyway. Enjoy those gains.

MVIS - well MSFT does have some deal with them where they provide some components MSFT needs. At a very high dollar cost to MSFT I'm sure. So from a financial perspective it would be better to just buy the company outright for cheap than to fork out the deal payments year after year which only go up due to increasing labor costs, etc. Plus a bonus to MSFT, they'd get all the other assets the company has to either sell or use.

AMZN didn't turn out the happiest reports, AMZN can move indexes by its lonesome, and I suspect people in funds associate AMZN movements with consumer goods which means a double dip where AMZN moves consumer goods and the index. MSFT also didn't fare particularly well, evidently, or at least not to some people expectations. MSFT also commands a pretty substantial portion of the S&P and NASDAQ. I was operating under the thesis that the megacaps outperforming everything were going to be subject to this exact sort of cascade. Monday is going to be dependent on pre-market of these companies. The lower their prices move the more people are going to get scraped out of their positions. With a big enough move it's going to force a gap-down in the NDX/SPX. there was a lot of faith in the last move up, but if we see a couple of substantial red days in a row I'm convinced it's going to damage sentiment even more than it already was, and trigger a sell off.

Yup. This is also why TSLA swings like a shitcoin. Because it has a large base of fans who buy in based on being fans of the company. They also get out super fast when it goes south. I think since May is "Sell and Go Away" time, TSLA will get hit hard, especially after it came out that their financials might be suspect, and since Elon had his manic tweeting. My price expectation is something like 400 for them, which is what it was at in January.

Vitamin D from the sun would absolutely help. Funny little fact, but Australia has the highest skin cancer rates in the world. Not surprising, lots and lots of sun down there with many people spending their time outdoors. Another interesting fact though, is that they have the single highest cancer recovery rate for -ALL- cancers, except two, lung & ovarian.

As an anecdote, my dad is 70, smokes like a chimney, and has skin like a prune, but spends hours every single day just baking in the sun. he's got far more energy than I do @33, where I rarely go out in the sun, and he gets sick far less than I do. I don't think Ive ever seen him genuinely sick, actually. I did work outside 1 summer all the time when I tried to start up a lawn mowing/lawncare business, usually 6 or so hours a day, and that summer I felt fucking amazing, and I remember clearly how good I felt.

Please, do tell me about the bull thesis side of this. Surely shuttering 50% of the economy, and laying off >10% of the population while decreasing wages by either rate adjustments or cutting hours won't have a negative impact. Surely missing two quarters and having what's estimated as a 24% drop for Q2 GDP won't do any harm. The Oil pricing war is going to turn out just fine, right? With America's shale being some 8% of our GDP being compromised, and probably for a longer term than might be expected due to lowered consumer confidence meaning less expenditure on vacations, road trips, recreation, generally compressed demand for consumer goods meaning less trucks on the road.

How about the credit crunch we might face in the near term as the fed shuts down their bond buying program and FA investment becomes the norm again so the companies like NFLX with outrageous D/E and P/E ratios are going to take a massive cut in their prices? How about that burgeoning startup market that VCs were 15" deep in getting obliterated with no hopes as investor confidence rapidly slips for the next 2 years meaning speculator markets are going to take a fucking beating? Even the tech sector is going to go bananas with all the ad revenue they're going to miss when Nike and Fischer Price stop injecting millions of dollars into their ad campaigns. Surely people are going to be buying consumer silicon when they're looking layoffs and defaults dead in the eyes.

I still think we're going to see that, but without the fed it would already be happening. Perhaps it is happening with smaller businesses that got fucked over by the PPP and bridge loan shenanigans, I dunno.
