Okay, all good, we all start somewhere. My advice would be to have strong ETH and LINK positions (which are basically "safe" at this point) and to maintain complete discipline in not trading these until the next bullrun starts. There will be waves of FUD and severe fluctuations in price. The only way to overcome this is time in the market and understanding what you are investing in.
The other three you list are recent 'flavour of the month' types. biz cycles through these every once in a while and probably 1 in 3 work out. So have a lesser portion allocated for this type of stuff.
Lastly, one lesson to learn in biz is not to trust anything anyones says, including me. You need to DYOR.
