Could someone explain to me what suterusu exactly does?

Is it a completely new system/blockchain or does it add capabilities to existing smart contract platforms?

I’m trying to read the whitepaper but I don’t know what SNARK is.

What I dislike is this: „which will serve as a launchpad for developers who wish to

I’m tired of these coins that help people build more and more blockchains. These are not websites, we don’t need millions of useless blockchains. I’d rather invest in something that adds value to existing ones (such as chainlink).

If it does adds privacy to ethereum, I’ll buy a shitload of it.
