OP in my experience baking is somewhat of an income but i strongly advise not to use it as your only income

I have a bread making machine and i make one big ass block of bread using grannys recipe, it takes 10-15 minutes of my time to make the dough (by hand) and i leave it on the machine running at night (delicious freshly baked bread smell all night long). I just make one block every day and sell it at work, theyre very popular so i keep a list.

As i said not a main source of income but i get to keep saturday and sundays bread for myself and its a pretty big block of bread, totally free, every week, forever*

*until machine breaks beyond repair or i die

I keep hearing about “essential businesses only” being open, but that’s simply not the case where I live in the SF Bay Area. Earlier today I went to oreilly auto parts and got some stuff to fix my truck. I stopped by the bearing and hydraulics store to get some hoses made for a tractor. Then stopped by the cannabis dispensary and bought some hash oil. Pretty much every business is still open, they just ask you to wear a mask
