I think that it's worth investing as a backup in case crypto moons for some reason. I remember during the bullrun of 2017 that this was one of the most hyped projects and I suspect that the same thing will happen if normies start believing in crypto again. Also it definitely does not deserve to be rank 353 in market cap so there's that as well.

However, keep in mind that they released the coins in early 2018. 2 years later, nothing has happened. They just recently released the open beta version of their staking DApp so maybe there's hope but I'd say that it's equally possible that there isn't. We have to wait and see.
My personal advice as if it's worth anything would be to make this 10% of your portfolio just in case and maybe double down if you have any belief in the project. It does have the potential to get pumped by a lot contrary to 95% of the shitcoins coins out there so there's that as well - huge upside with a minimal downside.
