Friendly reminder that Tether's terms of service clearly states that any US persons are not allowed to own Tether. Yet no exchange prevents accounts from holding Tether even though they are aware the account holder is a US person.

Yes Tether has been a scam this whole time, no you can't actually swap Tether in for USD.
