Based. It's actually a good strategy to constantly lower your average cost, the trick is to allocate a certain amount to what you're buying, but only throw in a small portion of that at the start, and for every 25% it goes down, dump in a bigger % of the allocated money each time. However, this strategy requires you to have a good amount of money to have a meaningful return. It also requires you to be absolutely 100% sure it won't go to zero.

So for example, lets say I have 100,000 dollarino's. First investment is 10k, looking for a $1,000 profit. Goes down 25% instead? Throw in 20k. Down another 25%? Throw in 30k. Down another 25%? Throw in 40k. There's your 100k with the asset now very low. At this point, you just have to wait for it to go back up.

I've done this method with fake money before on virtual stock trading, and I ALWAYS make money. However like I said you need a large capital as you're risking 100k for 1k every week, and I don't have 100k.
