Explain to me how the market isn't completely crashing right now. Is it really this separated from reality?

To say this is catastrophic is an understatement, and the job loss definitely isn't even finished. This is insane

At that point it's not even an economy, just some weird pointless scam. I'm starting to suspect investors are just hoping to weather this until the market gets completely halted.

It’s like you Plebs don’t understand what the fed printing trillions to buy equities means, they’re buying leveraged etfs also so are you not aware what buying an unlimited amount of equities does to a market? There’s an artificial floor of the fed that has unlimited liquidity, so it’s game over for bears

its clear that since 1/3 americans dont have a job it never got better and the msm lied to save the first black president and trump made things worse and they were forced to lie to protect the first lie and now corona ruined the lie but they cant call trump on it without throwing obama under the bus

Because ultimately the whales will manipulate the price to fulfill whatever narrative they seek. My personal opinion is this: The lifelong narrative has been that BTC was designed for times like this, a hard coded system where the monetary supply is known by all participants and can’t be altered without majority approval. Like others have stated, the Fed is out of control at the moment and the lifelong narrative of “BTC was designed for times like these” becomes more believable. Is the world ready for BTC to fulfill that narrative? Probably not. Are the whales going to manipulate the price to make that narrative appear to be true? My guess is yes. We have seen time after time how easy it is to move BTC with strategically placed orders on certain exchanges with soft spots. Once the whales set the narrative in motion via market making the price it will be a snowball effect, normies will start piling in and the plan will be in motion.

Fiat whales will fight tooth and nail to avoid any sort of authentic decentralized crypto standard. Derivatives markets live and breath based off of the plausible deniability of analog standards based on the obfuscation of precious metals supplies or the blatant horse shit of infinite money printing fiat standards.

Without the ability to obscure authentic price discovery/supply & demand none of the modern banking cartel members would be able to survive and they know it. Are the crypto whales really capable of recking the financial houses if we assume that they don't already dominate the crypto space behind the scenes the way they control everything else?

Just calm the fuck down and be patient. The real crash is coming. That is an absolute, indisputable fact and anyone denying it is either:

a) Mentally disabled;
b) Trolling;
c) Desperately delusional.

No it is not priced in. Yes this is the biggest economic catastrophe of the century. No we are nowhere NEAR the bottom.

It’s real. It’s here. It’s huge.
