on the friday when the dow went back up to 26k, a chicago whale was margin called. it was in the news, i didn't have a trading account but i thought about setting one up and betting savings marked for school expenses. lots of people saw this. the week before tbills on the 10 yr went to 1.5% and some famous trader was warning about that level. lots of people saw this.
