In theory, how many clicks, and status posts, shares and such could this army of 4chan tards pull off?

I ask because, what if we could shift "things" other than PND shit coins?

What other kinds of things could we shift? Could we push videos to trending on youtube?
Can we push twitter posts to obscene impact regardless of what the post is?

Just curious, how much of an impact can we as an autistic united front pose

We can shift timelines through the pure collection of will of many individuals, therefore move 6 dimensonally, through collective thoughts. FYI the non NPCs out there can move 5 dimensionally since they have free will and can change the timeline in causally explained ways.
