self made with freely available source code on tradingview. some of it I took, put it together, tuned, wrote some shit of my own and bam. its not very hard. if you know some basic math and basic coding, you can do it to.
the key is to multiply them as much as you can over as many assets as you can and make sure they are not correlated too much so they dont all fail at the same time. bet on them according to profitability percentage. from 1 to 10% per algo. it can be complicated in the beginning but step by step and I guarantee you wont regret it.
