The dip you want to buy are the shipyards, which are strategic assets and will be bailed out or kept afloat with new orders. Governments can prop up demand for new shipping by filling orders for all sorts of civil and naval needs.

Look to buy Fincantieri SpA or Meyer Werft GmbH, who are going to get absolutely pummeled but will not be allowed to fail by the Italian or German governments. Hyundai doesn't present too much of an opportunity because they are so diversified.
