Like others have said, many resent successful people. Real estate investors who have passive income that is doubling or tripling the average wagies monthly pay is bound to upset them, especially in times like these. The thought of some landlord making $5k a month while eating sleeping and shitting is enough to really fuck with some people psychologically/emotionally.
