I will explain why capitalism is an evolution in terms of separation of power.

In prehistoric tribal societies the most powerful means were violence and to some extent knowledge. It was most important to be strong and fit for survival to hunt either animals or humans. This was number one priority.

Later we started to value knowledge much more since collective research and the knowledge pool grows exponentially as new technologies are invented and are used as basis for newer technologies.

Money is another power which in the capitalist society has become the most valued as a means to achieve power. It is in my opinion the most humane and the most sophisticated means to power and also the most humane. Money by proxy can serve to make violence but also knowledge. Violence is the most crude of the three.

If you have a society which excludes money and free enterprise you are limiting the possible set of motivations for personal achievement or means to power. People would either have to resort to knowledge or to violence. Creating what we saw in the Soviet Union. A highly technological but also highly militaristic system.

United States was not only technologically advanced and militaristically but also a place of cultural expression that marked the 20th century globally. Did money have something to do with that perhaps?

Knowledge will always be superior though because it can serve as a proxy to achieve all others and also feed back into itself.

Money is one of the most interesting ways of interaction in terms of business and permits abstraction of physical deeds, words. It can give rise to complex systems which are fluid. It acts as a proxy to services. Instead of doing barter with things you can get in things in exchange for money. This money will later be spend on some other thing somewhere else. Money is not bound to a place. It is surely advantageous no? Both to employee and employer.

Anyways, communists just dont seem to get this or try to ignore it.
