Why doesn't Trump just send the stimulus packages to the landlords so they don't lose money and the tenants don't have to worry about rent

Why do you have to worry about rent anyway?
Did you lose your job because of the virus?

>> No.17920401

Your idea depends on the landlords being honest and fair. Trumpbucks for all doesn't have that weakness.

True - even if you could report the landlords, there would be so many reports the backlogs would be filled for years before the courts got to certain claims

Trump made it so we don't have to pay rent and we can't get evicted.
Fuck landlords!

I'm in NYC and I assure you no one is paying rent, job or not, come April 1st unless there's helicopter bucks approved. Trump knows this.

This was inevitable anyhow. All my Trumpbucks will go right into BTC, meanwhile any USD debt will shrink magically compared to earning power.

To properly stimulate the economy you need to give the money to people who will spend it on the most useless shit possible. Landlords would just pay down their loans or reinvest the money.

>> No.17921107

>>17920822
Tax revenue is optional simply print money instead. Debt? Solved, create required sum of USD

>> No.17921250

Every landlord would take the money and then still demand rent or other fees from their tenants to double dip and a large amount would be too scared or uninformed to tell them to fuck off and die

>> No.17921370

>>17921250
I'm a landlord and this isn't true. Personally I just want to make sure my mortgage is covered while we all ride this out. No landlord wants to deal with an eviction and vacancy in this climate
