Imagine destroying your entire economy over an exotic flu which is actually not even as deadly as the regular flu.

>italy deaths from corona so far
~2500
>italy deaths from basic flu each year (october to march)
~68000

What the fuck is wrong with people? This isn't even some conspiracy theory, the numbers are available. Why is everyone so blinded by media and ideology

This virus doesn't leave your body, it comes back time and time again scarring your lungs a little more each time.
Life expectancy has just halved and people don't even know it yet.

corona-chan is more infectious and has a 2% mortality rate compared to ~0.1% for seasonal flu. corona-chan has no vaccine. 20% of people who get corona chan end up needing to be hospitalized even if they don't die

if you think every country has the infrastructure for millions of people to get viral pneumonia and need to be put on respirators you're as dumb as the morons who bought at 25k because "its just a flu lol"

It's not just the flu.

Do not look at the mortality rate alone. The way in which organisms such as viruses interact with your body are complex and this particular virus is new, so we have little understanding of it. Even if your body fights off the contagion, it may leave lasting effects that affect you permanently.

For example, we know that recovered patients can have scarred lung tissue. For all we know, it could remain inside you forever and cause permanent brain damage.

It also kills the elderly at a very high rate.

because people are being told it's contagious, and you can't really have hard proof if it is indeed. also, there's no hard proof people are dying directly from the memeflu. most of the deaths are elderly with pre-existing illnesses. we called them out on that, so they started showing cases of 45 yr old "healthy" men who also got sick. it's all fake and gay. crisis actors.

Sure it’s more common to get a flu and die from a flu but the mortality rate is much higher for corona. The mortality rate worldwide is on average 3.5 % whereas a regular flu has an average mortality rate of 0.1 % meaning it is 35 times as deadly. Bringing up Italy, it should also be mentioned that it varies a lot from country to country. It’s 7-8 % in Italy but only 1 % in South Korea
