I do electric work. We only do what's needed and was ordered now but I think we'll soon go and start using our vacations and then we'll be getting laid off probably. Luckily I'm an union guy getting pay and also have cash with what I can live for a full year if I don't want to lower my living standards or 2 to 3 years if I want to live like a poorfag which I will probably do.

I work commercial construction in San Francisco.
The office buildings are all empty, most tech companies sent al employees home for 2 weeks. The jobsites are all open still of course, because no one gives a fuck about us. At least we dont have to worry about making too much noise and pissing off the tenants on other floors...

Fell properly miffed for the drivers and tradespeople. As an It guy I get to stay in my room and work. All the people that have to do the physical work don't have that option. It's like "I'll just stay at home, I don't want to get ill, you understand". I'd be onto the union.

Work at SEA so yeah nothing like being at an epicenter.

MFW I'm an Amazon delivery driver. I smoke weed, listen to podcasts/music all day long while I drive a company cargo van around neighborhoods and deliver Amazon packages.

MFW the hours starting getting thin because the prime season is over the holidays (obviously) but now thanks to this Coronavirus quarantine and panic buying, more and more Amazon packages are being bought and need to be delivered. So while more and more people are losing their jobs, being told to stay at home, I get to get paid more money to smoke weed and listen to JRE podcasts as I speed around neighborhoods.
