From what I read its not that hard at all to do by itself, you make an account, deposit money on it and just go. The main problem is when you actually want to get the money back to you and that depends on your country. Like here in Sweden apparently its taxed a bit more and I would have to detail EACH AND EVERY transaction I made since our tax agency is ravenous, so that turns off a lot of people from even attempting it. Also a 50 usd charge from Interactive Brokers for each overseas bank deposit.
