Well I fixed my browser/Etrade issue. Flushed the DNS cache and cleared the firefox page history/data settings. That solved the problem. E-Trade loaded up no problem. Hell even saw where I made a slight gain. Still in the red but hey at least it's a start.

Coronavirus is great. The old people will die, making houses cheaper and fixing social security and the pensions. There's a great silver lining here, and I think our economies are going to be stronger following this. Definitely a buy opportunity.

Well, it completely depends on the risk level you want. I think we are only about 50-70% of the way down and will reach the bottom in about a month or two when you start to see more stable days. What I'm doing it buying puts, then selling them to buy solid companies/etfs to cost average down. Then at the "bottom" I will put a bunch into tech stocks. Thats my plan anyway.
You could just buy some inverse ETFs to chill in for a while and then sell them in a few weeks, or just cost average down on solid stocks or etfs. You'll need to do your own research.
