Youre not understanding this. They are saying the stablecoin RSV cap has been raised to $3m which is actually really big news because its getting used enough that they are raising it. Raising the RSV means everything is going according to plan for the RSR in circulation will be getting used to stabilize it. I'm not sure why they are ripping on LINK here when LINK obviously is doing well and its a completely different usecase. That aside this is good news for RSR.

Brent said they would be using an in-house oracle and considering a decentralized oracle solution, like chainlink (paraphrasing). This was in response to a telegram anon asking about Link. Meanwhile the founder (Nevin Freemnan pic related) and the team have shown great interest in Chainlink previously. I have good stacks of both RSR and LINK and I could not be comfier.
