It will perform better in a bull run than it has in the bear market. Will it literally be the best performing in all of crypto? Maybe not. Everyone remembers ETH as the big runner from last bull market but it was not the #1 performer, it did like 140x in 2017. There were some microcaps that hit bigger gains, but they had more risk. I think it is reasonable to expect something similar, it will also depend on if the next bull run's bubble pops before real adoption and if it is fueled entirely by speculation.
