Bitcoin will not be affected

If capital controls and manipulation on fiat make it harder to use bitcoin will fill that gap

Btc cannot replace currency because it refuses to trade decentralisation or stability for scalability.
If it reaches the old volume the same issues from 2017 will resurface.
I just hope it gets flipped by something better without taking too much of the Defi market with it.

I think centralized/semi-centralized services will fill the gap until the decentralized services get up to speed with user friendly applications

The Fed's centralization got us into this mess, and any compromises that affect decentralization are unacceptable
For example if bitcoin forked to bail out mt. gox or accepted S2X it would be the start of a slippery slope where protocol changes are made to keep miners/service providers happy which is similar to how we got into this mess in the traditional economy
Mt. Gox went bankrupt and bitmain lost 700m betting on bcash, but on the other hand Goldman got bonuses, JP Morgan got seats in the presidential cabinet

This is why bitcoin has to be autistic about not changing the decentralization aspects of the protocol
The separation of powers that make blockchain possible need to be kept intact

It is ok, but best you will see if 1-2x gains or maybe at a loss, if you want the ever present 50-100x (possibly 5000x) you need to look at low cap alts that haven't got mooned yet like UND
