Looking at FTM's TG, it's easier to understand why people are still staking and holding. They have lost so much money and time, that they feel like maybe holding out wont be worse than losing all their money... idk why they are like this, but my guess it's the first time most of them have done staking and most are poor people with not much money gambling for long term gains.. some of them are seeing all the other movement in crypto and their coin continuing to lose value whether or not BTC is up. what most of the fudders and telegram members ironically dont understand is this current staking system isnt the end game. You will eventually be able to stake the same FTM across multiple Mainnets at the same time. And earn a lot of passive income.
