I'm honestly not certain what caused the break up. We were friends for years beforehand, and I liked her so I asked her out. I thought everything was going well, we had fun on all our dates. We shared a similar sense of humor and could talk for hours. Then she suddenly got distant and then poof, gone.
I think she has some emotional problems. I know she had a rough childhood and problems with stimulants, but those weren't deal breakers because I'm the same. I forget the clinical name for it, but she told me once she had a tendency to push people away before they would have a chance to hurt her.

It's alright my ex chink gf, who I proposed to and she said yes only to change her mind later that day, who I lived with for more than 3 years, who was my first gf, broke up with me on my bday like 4 months ago and dont talk to me anymore at all even though I supported her a lot through school. Everything went slowly downhill after I got hacked and lost all my 2017 gains and my short positions. On top of all that shit I went through 2 deaths in my family within that timeframe of the last 4 months.

Everythings been working out for the better though I'd say, going through all that has lead me to grow more than anything else. Been working out everyday since then, got back in school for physics, learning to hack and working on my infosec certs, play guitar again, im more mindful of everything at all moments, cut weed and drugs, I'm back in the habit of journaling what I'm grateful for and my goals in the morning and I write a reflection on my day and triggers for bad behavior in the evening.
