this but unironically. remember what you felt like as a child, like boundless curiosity and playfulness? that's how i felt. it really is amazing 2bh. even if you didn't know jobs' life story looking at his achievements and stuff maybe you could make an educated guess that he did that when younger. so did julius evola

its fun. it really is. but its like going to an amusement park, once you leave the park youre gone.
if you cant come to the same conclusions about how to behave and manage your life choices while sober, then you just have a shitty brain.

i kind of agree with you, but they can be though. just like how you could read the bible and it have no impact on you or your life and it's just slightly interesting, where as someone else does the same and changes their entire life/country/entire course of history. its you that brings meaning to it at the end of the day. seems like any ""dude weed"" drug gets that same reply nowadays "dude joe rogan gorillas" kind of response but i dont think it should be written off entirely

>if you cant come to the same conclusions about how to behave and manage your life choices while sober, then you just have a shitty brain.

I don't agree. They are a tool to achieve a different state of consciousness. The brain behaves differently in different states. It has nothing to do with your brain being "shitty" or not.

Compare what you're saying to, "If you can't do work or focus or concentrate the same with coffee as without coffee, your brain is just shitty. therefore don't drink coffee". No, coffee PROMOTES that state in which the brain is more readily primed to be "focused", "stimulated", "energetic", etc. People prefer the state of being caffeinated to do certain things with their brain, it isn't as if they CAN'T do it without it. That state of mind just seems to lend itself better to the task at hand. So they use the chemical to achieve the state of mind. it is a tool, it is an access to that desired state
