The project itself is not a scam.
What IS a scam is the obviously inorganic shill campaign which is attempting to meme PNK into relevance. Only problem is they used fiverr to make their memes so they are all cringe.
When you explain the project has no financial viability all they can do is reply "ngmi", as if that will suddenly imbue the project with commercial viability.
But yeah it's funny af to see all the poor people who missed ETH and LINK desperately trying to imply that PNK will see similar growth, hoping their $500 PNK stacks are going to make them millionaires.

So in your mind the fact that the price went up proves the shilling was organic? People like you are the reason it says "do not drink" on the side of bleach bottles. Which is a shame, because removing these safety nets would result in an average increase in the global IQ.
>>17291253
It is really not difficult. Go look on kleros to see what kind of cases are being solved, and how much volume there is.
If you are not a brainlet you will acknowledge that - as of today - there is effectively zero usage of the platform. The use cases that might make this valuable are still being built. Right now there is no latent demand for decentralized adjudication platforms. The demand will come in time, but first you need to wait for the decentralized ubers/ebays/etc. to be built.
So, until those use cases are in place Kleros will not be commercially viable. I'm not saying the idea is terrible, just that it is a few years before its time and buying now is inefficient when the big gains won't come for years.
>>17291276
I just did. And read my original comment. Did I mention pajeet once? No, I just said the shilling is inorganic, which it clearly is. Only an idiot would deny that. But you can't argue with me on facts so you build a straw man instead...

That was a pretty simple statement. What part of it did you not understand?
You realize that one of the use cases for kleros is arbitration on third-party platforms, right? And you also realize that there are no decentralized platforms with significant volume of adjudication cases?
Now, if you put these two facts together, and have an IQ over 80, you will realize that kleros will not see adoption until these third-party platforms see adoption themselves.
Not difficult to understand when you use your brain, is it?

yes, that is why each token is less than 3c.
Think of the small contract disputes that can be more efficiently handled by a system such as Kleros, not now but in the future as Blockchains and Smart Contract take over the day to day operations of the world.
I will only hire people with law degrees who can read/code smart contracts to handle my PNK in the future, just like I plan to only hire people with CS degrees etc. to handle my LINK nodes.

You imagine yourself managing a team of lawyers who will adjudicate on cases on your behalf. Let's think this through anon... how long will the average case take to complete? What hourly rate will you offer your team of trained lawyers? How many cases will they need to complete per month to make this a profitable business? They are very basic questions. You said you plan to hire lawyers to manage your cases for you. So either you have done the calculations and know this will be economically viable, or you have not done the calculations and are pulling fantasies out of your ass.
If it is the first one, share the numbers you have already calculated. If the second, admit that you haven't calculated the numbers yet and have no idea if that is viable (hint: it's not).

LINK kinks; learning how to write effective smart contracts is the biggest hurdle I face, only as far as learning script at the moment after spending the last 2 years on Arch Linux which has been a large learning crurve but needed to be done before I can get my head around Solidity. I read/write 5 languages so code has just been an extension of that process and a good break from Hebrew/Greek.
I just assume I have more capital than most, childish sure but a very safe assumption. Being 3 commas at BTC ATH gives one an incredible arrogance. I'm still a stingy jew typing on an old X200 thinkpad though.
As for a business plan for PNK, how fucking retarded would one be to put that cart before the horse.....it's 3c and I have just over a million pinkies, need to watch the game more before making further BETS.
I already run multiple businesses from a 47' Beneteau for half the year so guess what kiddo, I'll be running Businesses from a Lürssen Yacht once WE experience another moon mission or two.
I'm just saying that I expect at least one of them to involve KLEROS.
I don't need to know much more than who to hire, but I'll learn as much as I can in the meanwhile because it good to broaden the mind.

Who wants to be a grown up /biz/nessman anyhow? I'll be a big bald child soon enough, no need to act beyond the reality of making it from funny money. You are not creating this brave new world, we are just profiting from it.

Be ruthless and be willing to pay off people when trouble pops it's head up. Also always have legit businesses that outweigh the rest.
Started by selling fake ID's to rich kids at my high school and monopolised the entire east-coast before turning 18 and getting out of that. Synthesised LSD in darkrooms while doing Photography at Uni which brought me to BTC and BTC mining at the cusp of it's beginning, so I went semi-legit and started a boiler maker business. Had a fuck ton of BTC so moved to ETH just after it's first pump, mined a fuck ton of that and started to buy a few stacks shit coins that had actual use cases. After the big pump I bought a decent boat and have been learning how to sail for half of the year and shit posting on here for the other half.
A bit more to it than that but that is the beef of my story boiled into a simple stew.
I've been either smarter than I give myself credit for or more likely very lucky along the way.

If you want to have an intellectual conversation, make an intellectual argument. But don't act like a retard and then start crying when someone calls you a retard, retard.

No, and that's why the low IQ shills are out in force. If you pay someone $1 per post and those posts lead to a few market buys in an illiquid market...

>I read/write 5 languages so code has just been an extension of that process and a good break from Hebrew/Greek.
You are just adorable, trying so hard to appear like an intellectual to impress people on an anon image board.
Those are not "kinks in link" - that's just learning how to run nodes.
If it has taken you 2 years to learn enough linux to run a bunch of highly-available Docker containers you should probably give up and hire those CS grads you were talking about.
>Being 3 commas at BTC ATH gives one an incredible arrogance
You had a billion dollars at the top? Very impressive anon! We all totally believe you.
>As for a business plan for PNK, how fucking retarded would one be to put that cart before the horse
Exactly. But you were the guy who said you already plan to run your kleros legal firm from your yacht, then when pushed it became clear you don't have the slightest idea what you are talking about. So yeah, pretty retarded to be talking today about the business you will run on kleros, glad you saw it eventually.

Not knowing how to run a full node is a major kink if you own LINK! I'm stoked my process with script considering it's not at the top of priorities and yeah I will probably need to outsource but got to give it a go myself to know who to hire.
You must not be as deep on the LINKpill if you're not learning ancient languages to help with old Greek and Hebrew texts to get to the route of all that is the world we live in. Bible is a good place to start, Biblia Sacra maybe.
Seriously, go back in time before you even think about stepping into the future.

Throwing around an idea like KLEROS taking over the dailies of law firms is what this shit is all about. If it does go full steam ahead, what the fuck else will I do with my pinkies?
Far fetched ideas is where the cash is at, you'd have more belief if you understood at least that much.

I saw Federico Ast at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen isohedrons in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any judicial infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by vetoing really loudly.

Here’s the thing. LINK makes Kleros useless, so why buy Kleros? Using LINK eliminated the need for jurors because it eliminates the possibility of disputes. 100% trustless answers > faulty answers which require a bunch of neets to vote on the outcome. There just is too little progression within the concept. Cheaper disputes is nice but it’s even cheaper when you eliminate the voters, and that technology already exists.

It's common for contracts to have an alternative dispute resolution clause, so that if any disagreements arise the parties can avoid the expense and time of dealing with the legal system. The option of appealing to the legal system may remain as a last resort, but part of the contract may include accepting the results of arbitration as binding. This is already a massive industry, kleros just makes it easier to organize a neutral third party. This may be an innovative blockchain-based approach to an old problem, but it would actually be very easy to integrate into the existing system.

This is one of the retards I’m talking about. If you did any research you’d realize link needs pnk to solve the oracle problem. Link only handles concrete and precise data. Pnk will handle the outliers. The stuff that isn’t so cut and dry. Ffs do some research instead of looking like an absolute idiot.
