anyways the original poster i replied to is great to be aware of. if i were to give my own opinion is that its funny to look at all the bitcoin maximalists and if i pulled the rug right under their feet and said you can't make money on this anymore, what would be their identity? still a bitcoin maximalist?

my own objection is this: in the laws of copernicus when man found out the sun doesn't revolve around the earth, but it is the earth that moves around the sun. chances are if everyone simultaneously agreed that bitcoin is value; then if everyone agreed that the laws that hold bitcoin in place are what we can all agree as being valuable, like copernicus, people will change their perception.

this "perception change" that I speak of, is if humans can switch their value of metal to mathematics

speaking of copernicus, apparently he was also an economist and formulated a theory that is known as 'gresham's law' so i should read more on that
