I'm not sure if this is a serious question but no. Bitcoin has to add their own smart contract ability, Chainlink oracles can provide outside data to Bitcoin's blockchain in that scenario. Everything LINK is doing now is for ETH and DeFi but they will go where the data is needed (blockchain agnostic).
