Is there an analysis tool that charts the balance of the order book of an exchange over time? And if there is, what is it called?

Sorry if this is a newbie question. I'd like something that plots if there are more buy orders or sell orders for a certain percent span of the order book over time, if that makes sense.

As an aside, imagine being a girl with no ass in 2020.
