No. But in fact, when I wrote 20% stocks, that means daily work. Every morning I buy/sell/rebuy/shift things around. So, in a way yes, I am constantly selling .... and buying.
I make about 60k a year just with dividends and gains from stocks.
BTC and real estate I just hold. Probably forever.
