There is a woman I need to contact several times per year in another department at work. She had had a child every year for the last three years and gets 9 weeks off for pregnancy leave. I think it’s 80% pay or something like that, but it’s still free money for not even showing up.
She also goes on a two week long vacation at least once per year. She has been here a while,l before I started, and from what I found out, we earn a lot more vacation days per year if we have been here over 5 years.

i work at a gas station so its not work that requires a lot of brain power but its still an absolute fuck load of work, way way harder than when i worked in an office and even harder than the construction job i used to work. out of the 20 employees we have (super busy store, open 24/7 365) 15 of them are female and all but 1 of the managers are female too. the women here are way better workers than the men. theres one female manager who does absolutely nothing but the rest all work really hard. when i work with my female coworkers everything gets done right and on time, when i work with my male coworkers its a shit show every time. and the only employee who takes sick days or PTO every single month is this old fucking boomer dude who takes trips to his second house in california all the time.

so to answer your question yes i actually have a very positive experience with women in the workplace.

All their lives the media has shilled that work is the highest ideal, not a means to an end. So they put their house aside, their relationship aside, fitness aside, cooking aside. Everything is neglected but work. Lunch break is spent on some work project because all the girls they work with also do so and they'll eat half a slice of bread anyway. After work hours are fine because they don't care to miss the gym and cooking some toast only takes a minute. It the sets the standard for the boss and everyone else is seen as slacking. It's not healthy, but ay the same time I've never experienced women as bad workers.

yeah i kinda agree from my experience theyre very good goys. the boss of the store is always like that, she practically lives at work and never spends time with family even though she has 3 young kids. and one of the coworkers who i spend the most time working with is obsessed with work, she treats her minimum wage gas station job as if its the most important thing in the world. which would be cool if she was young and ambitious but shes 50 something and has been there for over 5 years. i admire their work ethic especially because its something i lack but it also seems kinda sad that they could be devoting that work ethic to something much more substantial

It's untenable as well. They neglect all the rest of their life but don't sensibly then want a man who would take care of it. They even more so want a more work dedicated man. This leads to these superficial, passing ships in the night relationships with plenty of adultery and if kids are unfortunate enough to be produced, neglect and family misery.

Either way they end up alone and miserable diving even deeper into work as an escape.

I think women have proven they can work and im all for the option for them to do so but the media shilling needs to stop. Maintaining a healthy and happy family and home needs to be the highest ideal, with being a mother and housewife the most respectable choice.
