I did this routine twice a day for 3 months and it didn't much because I couldn't activate the correct muscles. A lot of those movements were too complicated for my scoliosis and other deformities. Only thing that has helped is starting on the easiest bodyweight workout i could find (think kneeling pushups against a wall) and figuring out how to get into the right shape for each movement over the course of months.
