I'm a business owner and am looking to expand. It's just me right now but when I hire people I only want to hire heterosexual white males. Can I get in trouble for this?

I can say from experience that it is difficult to judge an employee properly beforehand, no matter how thorough your screening process is. Most people are fucked up in the head with tons of baggage, regardless of their ethnicity or sexual preference, but granted, those are solid indicators from the get go.

In short, people = problems. I wouldn't want to have employees if they paid me to have them. Then again, I am one of those types who sees doing something himself as much easier than making others do it. The supervision and follow up that is ALWAYS necessary just seems too much fucking around to me. If I can't cope with something myself, I rather hire a subcontractor.

You certainly can get in trouble for it but avoiding that is fairly easy. I have my own software integration company and all of my FT people are white males who I believe are straight, plus one female for a customer facing PM role (she is smoking hot so clients love having her in meetings).

Basically you need to maintain the appearance of being an EOE. If you get an application from someone you believe to be a fag or a nigger or something, and they are overwhelmingly better qualified than the whites who apply, just don't hire Decide to 'go a different direction with the role'.

Also don't be afraid to fire people. Assuming you are in a right to work state, just regularly fire people and don't tell them why beyond "we no longer require your services". That why if someone on your team turns out to be a fag or something you can fire them and it doesn't look suspicious.

Lastly, make use of contractors and incliude some minorities. I often have no choice but to use a filthy indian but always as a contract with no benefits, lowest possible pay, and I work them and treat them like dogs. Necessary evil to get work done, and I rationalize by thinking maybe I make him go just a few more months without insurance so his kids don't get to go to the doctor.
