What should one do to actually get a decent job? Like there's a lot of LARPers here and a lot of people complaining its impossible to get a good job but what should one actually do?
Here's some suggestions that I think are good but somewhat flawed
>Learn to Code
Probably a good idea but definitely not for everyone. Actual coding work can be really stressful
>Go into a trade
Also a good idea but can be really location dependent. Trades in some areas are swamped, also, generally will require some kind of schooling, who the fuck takes apprentices anymore
>Fix ur resume
Every time I think I've fixed it one way another person comes and tells me to make it a different way, but I do keep revising it

4chan is famous for cyclical memes... ''Nofap''.. ''learn2code'' ''college is a scam''.... no one of this memes will get you to a point to be a respectable member of society.
College it matters... and if you are in your 20-23 I'd suggest to try hard to get your degrees+ qualification otherwise no one will offer a serious position

Only in impoverished yurocuckold shitholes where they jack off over their medieval universities. I know because I live in one.

Its not. Am in eu and in IT.

What you describe is how a typical CMS or some other boring crap company works. Lots of boomers, they take in fresh graduates with degrees, the interview is usually nothing but a check if you're not too autistic. Some respectable global companies have branches like this too.

Then there's startups and respectable IT companies that have tech meetups and all that shit. Most of those dont really care about your background. They give you a small coding issue to solve as the screening round of interview and test you in following interview rounds. Usually the 4th round is about payment and your autism levels. These are way more interested in your github and what you can do on the interviews, most even ignore CV alltogether.

>Usually the 4th round is about payment and your autism levels
should one be autistic or not to impress them in a positive way?

The "positive autism" is good as long as its IT related, if you work on a lot of weird shit they love that since it shows you can learn, coding your own crypto trading tools or modding games is worth a mention, i wouldn't mention non-IT obsessions like anime and crap
The smart tech (startups) is pretty lenient with this, they just expect you to be able to work in a team usually, but you dont really have to be talkative, i've seen some pretty awkward people there
The boomers on the other hand expect you to have hobbies "outside computers" and want you to be friendly and participate in the company culture etc.

Bear in mind I painted 2 extremes so the majority of companies fall somewhere in between and a lot of them want to be creative with their hiring process.

There isn’t a good job that is easy to get. If it were easy everyone would have one. If you have self discipline and aren’t a degenerate coomer/drug user then you have a leg up tho
