They actually are similar though. Both are Ethereum middleware projects, and Kleros can be used for oracles too. Chainlink had the SWIFT connection early on, Kleros has the French Bank connection and was recently discussed at World Bank's Legal, Justice, and Development Week. It launched at an awkward time (November 2018, near the bottom of the market), but it honestly does remind me a bit of LINK back at the presale.
