That too has been my assessment thus far. But im trying to incorporate with one other business partner who will focus on gaining client investors while I focus on executing trades. Long story short, im not sure if the S corp entity we create will qualify for Trader Tax Status if im the only member of the business executing the trades at the volumes and capital requirements needed to qualify for Trader Tax Status.
