That's right! The most hated thread on /biz/ is back and more hopeful than ever!
That's right frens, the Holiday season is over. The New Years hangovers have worn off and you've started to get into lazy bad habits again.
Time to start working everyday towards your goals.
Ask yourself 'what did I do in the last 24 hours that brought me closer to making it?' if you can't answer, then better stop everything you're doing and seek to change that. Doesn't have to be big, just has to be measurable.
We're all gonna make it frens... provided you never stop advancing.

That seems like more of a reason for making it. I can think of tonnes of people who fucked up badly and still went on to be rich - especially rockstars. You think you know embarrassment, read up on Keith Moon.
Sophia Amaruso dumpster dived before she started her online store.
Jon Peters was a hairdresser before he became a super producer.
Gavin McInnes is still a coke head, and look how he's going.
Another thing is, if you make money for OTHER PEOPLE then you past won't matter because then you have an army of people with a vested interest in you not getting sued.
>>16759471
ADA seems quiet, looks like you're getting some cheap future volatility.
FLETA doesn't look as stable, but quieting down.
Here's to your gains!
>>16759489
Nah. Doesn't sound like a good strategy. How about working on those anger problems so you can make better financial decisions?

already do this but the reminder is already welcome. anyone who doesn't make just a little progress on their goals every day, no matter how small, is destined for failure except that they receive enormous and unmerited good fortune.

Sold a few Gigs on Fiverr today. I freelance on top of working my wagie job. I also started 2020 with finally being debt-free at age 28 which means I am back to 0 (I don't own a house, or anything really, now I just get to keep all my earnings) Feeling a bit depressed as I always do after I reach a big goal and the busy-work lessens so the void returns. I am not sure what the next step is

I actually want to thank you OP. I've been working out every day this year. Ate a heap for dinner and was about to give up on the workout. Knew I would never workout again this year if I broke the cycle.
As cheesy as this sounds it did help and I want to try and form a habit before the fun wears off. Just worked out and glad I did. Cheers for not trying to sell me a shitcoin on here!

Holy shit, someone who actually has a hustle. Is this a dropshipping situation or is this all digital? You don't have to give away too many details.
>>16760211
Another side hustler.
> Feeling a bit depressed as I always do after I reach a big goal and the busy-work lessens so the void returns. I am not sure what the next step is
Man I've been there. Always have 5 projects READY to go at any given moment, without knowing your specific situation - so take this with a grain of salt - I reckon your absolute first priority is to work out what those 5 projects are and set up the background.
You ever actually have to start them, but the key is to find things which if you hit a roadblock on one gig or project, you can jump from Project A to Project B, and then if Project B get's finished back to Project A.
5 may sound like a lot, but 3 isn't enough, 4 is good, 5 is the maximum.
But I'm just some anon on /biz/ stress test what I say before you implement it.

Hell fucking yeah! That's what these threads are for.
One of the most important things I've learned is that momentum > motivation. Sounds like you know that too, and I'm proud of you for actually getting out there are trying to keep the habit up.
Do it again tomorrow anon, you're on the road to making it.

Not drop shipping or digital. Stock holding is required however that downside is easily offset by low cost, small items, v large margins. Also a market that is willing to pay more or less what youre asking ie they are only buying as they have no choice

>> No.16760726

>>16760721
You really have carved out a good niche if they're a captive market.
Are you going to have to blow much capital on inventory? And how quickly do you expect to start seeing a profit?

>> No.16760760

>>16760726
Capital is less than $5k. I would expect a month or two to see that back. Maybe a little more but also stock is non-perishable so its just a waiting game until someone has an urgent requirement. The hardest part will be getting enough stock

They need you more than you need them, I got it. That sounds like a smart move anon.
I hope you can find enough stock.

Absolutely blessed thread anon.
Reminder to everyone - even just a tiny deviation from your current path can put you in a radically different place in the future.
And to all the butt-blasted homos, let this thread push you one step closer to leaving the site for good, like many of us sometimes wish we could

does anon's mega.nz archive for fitness, motivation and self improvement have a place in here?
Since they are "making it" related.

>> No.16761494

>>16761329
this, you get it, god I wish I could get off this site (and not replace it with surrogate vice).
Also "off" days tend to sneak up and accumulate on you.
>>16761367
The short answer is "you do you" and I feel sick just writing that.
The long answer is if you can reasonably show a way that the content in that archive will move you closer to your /biz/ goals, whatever they are, by showing a direct line of causality, like dominoes that will knock over, then yes.

But how do you choose what to do ? I don't even have a goal.
Can't say I'm happy so maybe the situation I'm in is not what i want. Or it is ?

>> No.16762054

Let's try an exercise:
What would you really like to be 'doing'. If money was no object what behaviors or activities would you like to partake in?
Try to avoid describing physical objects, although you can mention things that imply a physical object like 'yachting' or 'hang-gliding'. It doesn't even have to be expensive and extravagant, but it has to be something you really would like to be doing.

I have the same problem. I feel as if the grind is what I have to do and if I ever "made it", like actually had all the free time in the world, I would go insane. Just a few days off from work (and in my own company with no distractions) drives me insane. I think it's very disturbing.
