This isn't some "muh censorship" case and YouTube isn't actively trying to surpress knowledge about crypto, it's probably just some advertisement friendliness/legal thing. They don't want ads on literal scam videos and they don't want to give a platform to people who promote and sell what are essentially securities. They just want to cover their asses most likely and that's what they're also saying in these deletion messages.
