I too once had trouble interacting with the young attractive people. I am an autist just like the rest of you. People talked past me. I didn't know how to do it. I felt like a loser. (I was a loser.) I was awkward in social gatherings and at parties.
Then one day I was fed up. I read a shit load of books, blogs, podcasts, etc. on charisma, how to interact with people. I approached it like I was learning some kind of autist skill. Then I practiced, and failed, and tried to improve.
After a year I was not as awkward. After 5 years I was pretty good at it.

If you want to be good at biz, and less depressed, use your autism to its fullest extent and approach getting good at talking to people like solving a puzzle.

Or just tell me to KMS and go back to cooming. In the end the choice is yours.

The best advice I could give would be to search for podcasts and books about charisma and similar topics and see what resonates with you. There was one I liked about 10 years ago, but I can't think of the name. Listen to A LOT of them. You'll find a good gem or two of wisdom in a variety of places.
For girls, read the archives of heartiste from ~2012 and prior (before he talked mainly about politics)
Most of all, PRACTICE. Realize resulting awkward moments are temporary, but never practicing will result in an infinite amount of awkward moments.

read the search "mailbag" - it's people writing in with real life situations. Then read the linked posts from those as they interest you.
Also recomennded: go to the first post and read forward in chronological order. I read literally every post from the first 5-7 years of that blog.
