Redpill is that black people over there do not have teh same work ethic. As soon as you pay them they will live off that money and won't come back until the money runs out. Pay them by day or per week and count on people not showing up or late constantly. Agreements are not the same thing over there as in the first world. Also corruption and crime most likely will fuck you at one point.
