DAG will end in a class action lawsuit. If your bonehead CEO brings a pump and dump group in to handle their marketing (which is a fact) and you feed them insider information (which they did), you are going to get rekt. If you lose $33M of investor funds gambling on shitcoins and refuse to tell your investors about it, you are going to get rekt.

Is it a classic pump and dump scam, lets see if it fits the checklist provided by the CFTC

But most obvious sign of all, and one which no other pump and dump scam can claim, they actually had the balls to bring a known pump and dump group in to run their marketing and community management. This pump and dump group continuously stifles intelligent discussion, helps cover up fraudulent activity, has inside access to information, and has repeatedly dumped on the community because they claim to be "traders".
This is a failed business turned pump and dump scam. Nobody takes them seriously, most importantly SF based investors. Not a single one invests in DAG, not even their VC partners or any of the thousands of tech VCs within a 10 minute drive of their location.
This is a scam, will be proven publicly its a scam, and Satsgang will dump it all the way to zero. Screencap this.

They have been long time in a crypto. One of their most broke member from SEA Denny Daggins has 800k DAG which is not too much but when we consider that he's the most broke member of satsgang it says a lot about the group. They've been shilling DAG since its early days so they've grown their BTC amount substantially. They have a lot of more power than you think, especially when we combine them with an expensive MM which DAG team hired.

They also get inside information about announcements and such as it has been proven many times earlier. Don't trust this pajeet scam friens. DAG is a solid project but they made a huge mistake when they hired satsgang to push their project. When we go to 150 sats I'm buying.
