Can you feel that deflationary spiral picking up steam?

M1 Velocity - down

M2 Velocity - way down

MZM Velocity - way way down

Ask yourself this:
Were they still handing out bad mortgages and flipping houses after 2008?

Get ready to feel something real again.

Time to come back home /biz/.

Digital fleecing incoming....

Its clear to anyone with half a brain at this point that something fucking stinks. But what is not clear in this environment is what the correct move is. Given the nature of certain conflicting pieces of data it’s hard to say what the fuck the FED should even do let alone what the peasants should do.

who gives a shit, at this point we know for a fact that recession is imminent in the next 6-12 months

as long as you know that you can literally become rich. This is your opportunity

That doesn't negate the amount of gains recently. The question is when and how bad right now, but until the end of this year you might as well get on the train and make some free money

I'm literally calling 330 on the SPY before any big down move, and if the SPY retraces 4-5% from its current levels I will buy heavy. Just because I think we see a recession next year doesn't mean im a perma bear. I started shorting weak sectors the last two weeks, and I don't think we are about to see """"""""the big move""""""""" or anything like that. The real downturn will come mid next year

(((they))) know who is sucking up all their overnight repo dollars. They will never tell though because it would crash the system. My guess is DB or Softbank or both.
But remember this (((they))) know. And they are telling their friends/business associates who are quietly getting out and reallocating.
I'm sure there will be another huge S&P pump soon providing an excellent opportunity to dump their bags on us pleb normies.

Deflation tends to follow from either rising productivity or tight money supply. Right now we have neither. Remember prior to 10 years ago, blockbuster corporate mergers cost only a few billion? Now they are 10x that much. With productivity leveling off and all the post-recession QE sloshing around the top, we're about to see something similar happen with equities.

Oh no! You're telling me my dollars will be worth more? What a catastrophe that the government will stop robbing me of my money through stealth..
I literally don't know if there's a bigger group of cucks than the idiots who buy the "deflation horrible! Inflation good" propaganda that the government spits out.
I'd prefer neither, but don't give me bullshit about the need for perpetual inflation.
